Prices are per person and in Bahamian Dollars.
Payment
At time of booking you have to pay the full tour price. We will send you a sales receipt and booking confirmation.
Availability
The tours sold through this website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The tour is confirmed when your full payment is received and after we sent you a tax invoice and booking confirmation.
Tour Itinerary
Nassau Helicopters reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the client at any time. In all cases, Nassau Helicopters will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour.
What’s Included
The range of included services is in our brochures, on our website and in the booking confirmation of Powerboat Adventures. Changes and alterations of single points in our tour conditions which where necessary after signing the contract are agreed to as long as they don’t change the style of the tour significantly. Powerboat Adventures reserves the right to adjust the route slightly before the start of the tour.
Cancellation and Refunds
Excursions require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required; no-shows at the time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. All times are approximate. Nassau Helicopters reserves the right to combine different length flights. Group terms may vary depending on booking time and the number of guests. The maximum weight limit per person is 300 lbs. Guests over the weight limit will be required to purchase 2 seats. Children over the age of 2 yrs. will be required to purchase a seat.Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled departure time will incur a fee of $50 per passenger. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, as well as no-shows, will incur 100% of tour charges. Please contact Nassau Helicopters at least 24 hours in advance, and we will reschedule your tour at no additional cost. Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. Reservations made at the heliport the day of the tour forfeit the right to cancel after payment has been made. The scheduled duration of tours vary based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.Prices are subject to change without notice. Nassau Helicopters reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers or upgrade passengers at any time. Nassau Helicopters reserves the right to alter or terminate any flights due to any circumstance including weather, security, maintenance, emergencies, aircraft availability, or acts of God. Any expense associated with date changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation etc. is the sole responsibility of you, and not Nassau Helicopters Ltd.
Unclaimed Benefits
Should the client not be able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the tour operator, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he has no right to claim a refund.
Responsibility
Nassau Helicopters is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standards and the accurate description of services offered in its pamphlets. It is understood and agreed that Nassau Helicopters is not the guardian of any customers safety and they can not be held liable in any way for any occurrences in connection with the client’s participation on the tour. Nassau Helicopters disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries and costs you might incur as a result of joining our tour.
Safety
We do not allow back or neck injuries, broken bones, pregnancies, heart conditions or any other conditions to ride the helicopter for the passenger's own safety. Our trip is not suitable for people with extreme mobility restrictions. Your safety is our concern but your responsibility.
Release and Waiver
Every participant of our tours has to sign a waiver before we start the tour. Although we take every measure to keep you safe, well and happy, we do strongly recommend that you follow crew instructions and safety speeches.
Terms and Conditions
With your booking you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between you and Nassau Helicopters. The travel contract is accomplished by the written confirmation of Nassau Helicopters.
